About the Role: We are seeking a creative UI/UX Designer to join our team at Netrosystems. You will be instrumental in designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces that enhance user experiences and drive product success.

Responsibilities:

Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights
Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement design solutions
Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs
Ensure designs are visually appealing and aligned with user needs and business goals

Requirements:

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles
Strong visual design skills and attention to detail

Preferred:

Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to adapt to new tools and technologies
Experience in conducting user research and A/B testing
