About the Role: We are seeking a creative UI/UX Designer to join our team at Netrosystems. You will be instrumental in designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces that enhance user experiences and drive product success.

Responsibilities:

• Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement design solutions
• Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs
• Ensure designs are visually appealing and aligned with user needs and business goals

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles
• Strong visual design skills and attention to detail

Preferred:

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt to new tools and technologies
• Experience in conducting user research and A/B testing
